The core program consists of video and audio content that guides you through customized techniques to address your thoughts and behaviors contributing to your insomnia. Content is tailored based on your unique problems and the progress you make in SleepioRx, tracked using a daily sleep diary. You should aim to use SleepioRx on a daily basis and integrate the tools and techniques you learn into your daily routine. You will receive reminders to help you stick to the program.

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a psychological therapy that helps people learn skills to break the vicious cycle of negative thoughts, feelings and behaviors that cause their sleep problems to persist. The positive effects are long-lasting because the process leaves the person with a range of techniques that they can use forever.

SleepioRx has been tested in the same way medications are tested — using randomized controlled trials. To date, SleepioRx has been evaluated in over 16 clinical trials. In a placebo controlled study, up to 76% of SleepioRx users had healthy sleep after using SleepioRx.
